First, there's the aspect of finding the PERFECT one for permanent residence on your body.
Second, there's the aspect of finding the perfect one(s), and your dreams becoming crushed because you learn that it is commissioned and you can't use it.
Third, being too sh-t poor to afford a commission (because tattoos aren't free either), which won't be guaranteed that you'd be the ONE and ONLY person with that tattoo anyway, hence why you're looking for free stock ones.
Last is the personal aspect, of you not being able to draw your very own.
Argh.
I've drawn a couple of my own tattoo designs, but tribal wolves are not something I can draw well. Practice makes perfect, I suppose. I have this idea of a wolf climbing down, and it will be black. I will have sakura around it, as well as sakura petals.
This wolf is going to take forever to draw out perfectly. Oh well, that gives me a hell of enough time to think on it. I already have the sakura drawn. That's something I'm good at.
This will be on my posterior brachial region (back of upper arm). I haven't decided which arm. I have a birthmark on my right arm that I don't want to accidentally cover up. Or I can go with my original sakura 1/4 sleeve and have the wolf on my calf.
Or maybe I could do the whole "I turned 18, so I'm gonna get the first design I see and like." That's what Kelse did and she still loves hers.
Oh, a disclaimer: all the art I've linked are simply examples of ideas I had in mind. Nothing linked will be used.
